5 week / 200 Hour
Tantra Yoga Immersion / Teacher Training Course
Course Overview
This is a 5 week adventure with yourself. 5 weeks to begin exploring yourself through non-dual Kaula Tantra teachings and Tantra yoga.
During your time at the Ashram you will be introduced to traditional Kaula teachings through daily Satsangs, twice daily prāna based āsana practices, weekly discussion on Ayurveda and walking massage, experience tradtitional rituals such as Chakra Puja, Aarti and Nyasa. You will also learn and practice interpersonal communication and relationship skills that you can take with you into your day to day life.
Upon completing this immersion you will receive a 200 hr Yoga Alliance Certificate and have a solid foundation to share the yoga āsana practice, Nonviolent Communication, and basic Tantric rituals with others. Most importantly, you will have an embodied experience and solid foundation to re-cognize that you are the Divine dancing!
This is a space for people who are sincere about integrating and living the teachings of non-dual Tantra. We will introduce this worldview through direct teachings and experiential practices while living and supporting each other in Kula (community). Living in a kula of like-minded practitioners is one of the most valuable aspect of this program. Many of our SKaSTA family have been with us for decades which makes the community feel like family.
Here you are invited to explore the most authentic, true version of your self, the sacred self, and then celebrate in health and harmony.
Please note: This is a traditional tantra approach and will not include sexuality practices. We understand that when you know you are the divine playing your intimate connections will be fulfilling and blissful.
